History of Stage Your House
SYH Design was founded in 2005, under the name “Stage Your House,” because we noticed a need for staging services in the Piedmont Triad. We were the first staging company in the area that provided furniture and accessories for houses, apartments, and more! Over the years, Stage Your House grew to be increasingly involved with apartment communities and multi-family housing developments. With this new growth, we began to specialize in design for apartment models, clubhouses, and multi-family housing. In summer 2022, our team decided to rebrand the company with a fresh logo, mission, and name: SYH Design.
What SYH Does
Today, SYH Design is a versatile team, based in NC, that specializes in multi-family commercial design and residential staging. With over 15 years of experience in the art of home staging, we know how to effectively showcase the features in a home to highlight its beauty to potential buyers. We offer competitive pricing for commercial and residential design.
In our residential staging, we maximize the return on investment for our clients by selecting suitable décor and furniture that highlights the selling points of the home. Our goal is for potential buyers to envision themselves in their new home.
In our commercial design, we specialize in developing, refining, and executing client visions. We collaborate with developers, contractors, architects and other vendors to ensure the client’s vision is achieved and budgets are met. Our team focuses on multi-family design and rental property design.
Meet Our Team
Linda
Linda is our fearless leader. As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Linda is a person of integrity, determination and strives for excellence in everything she does. Her life experiences propelled her to start this woman-owned, family business. She has built SYH Design from the ground up and loves watching it evolve. When asked about SYH, Linda says, "My staff is passionate about design and providing excellent service to our clients by listening to and paying attention to each person as if they are the only client we have. It is the details that set us apart in all that we do!"
Alanna
Alanna is our lead designer and alumni from the interior design department at Appalachian State University. She has been a key member of the SYH Design team since Fall 2020. When working on projects, Alanna strives to think outside of the box to create unique and memorable spaces that people find comfortable and functional. Alanna’s goal for the company is to utilize creative, sustainable, and functional approaches in all their designs.
Aaron
Aaron is the team’s procurement specialist. He possesses a strong foundation in education and a diverse skill set across various business domains. Having attended Bridgewater College, Aaron possesses a solid academic background that serves as the basis for his professional endeavors. Known for his dedication and proficiency, Aaron stands out as a professional who combines academic knowledge with practical expertise. His commitment to excellence and broad business acumen contribute significantly to the success of SYH Design.
